How can Australia produce good spinners and play spin well.

First make slow pitches in Australia and begin preparation. 

For developing spinners. Hire three best spin coaches. For instance, pick three coaches from shane warne, Mutthai Muralidharan, Saqlain Mustaq, Rangana Herath. Pick 15 spinners that are currently working to tightening and exploring their craft. Assign 5 bowlers to each coach. Give them one year contract. And mandate them to prepare for India series. Shane warne should not be in the commentary box from Australia's perspective, he should be with the five top Australian spinner and developing skills to rattle the Indian batting order.
